BLE234 is the Bluetooth Low Energy module based on ST company's BlueNRG-2
chipset,

a low power single-mode system on chip follows the Bluetooth
specification.

Features of the BlueNRG-2 includes 256KB of programming Flash
memory, 24KB of Static RAM memory with two 12KB banks and SPI,
UART. I2C standard communication interface peripherals. Other
features includes multifunction timers, watchdog, RTC and DMA
controller.
